Over break I volunteered in a Kindergarten classroom in LP! I wanted to see what my heart rate will be like in my future job! Here are the results...

Activities: Water color painting, reading, setting up art projects, helping students, dancing and playing games, finding lost kids
Heart Rate: 86-116
I realized I am always going to be on the move at work and there is never a dull moment with Kindergarteners!!!
