In class on Thursday we had salsa dancing... here are the results

Place: Benson Bunker
Conditions: Muggy and quite hot
Heart Rate: 110-135 (It would have been higher if it would have been continous dance)
****Don't I get some sort of an award or something at least for dancing with Chuck????****
