We had a wiffle ball tournament inclass on Tuesday here are my results...

Place: The BB Stage because of the snow
Heart Rate: 103-120
My heart rate was below the 60-80% on this day but I think if we would have had a bigger stadium then the heart rate would have increased!!\
PS. Our team got man-handled!!!
